Résumé
Psychology major, my personal development journey began long before my university studies, already in high school I started attending different courses on personal development and specifically and techniques to reduce stress. In 2019 I attended coaching ways (an ICF accredited school) and obtain my coaching certification.
Today my aim is to help others better manage their stress and boost their self esteem, better manage their time and find balance.
One concrete exemple of this is, I help students prepare for their oral exams and interviews. I help them redesicover their qualities and strength to be able to present themselves in the best light and I coach them to manage their stress so remain calm during their interviews.
