Reporting to the Group's CEO and Chairman JC Naouri, drive transformational changes in Group 's marketing capabilities and strategies :
CRM: Reset business partnership( a 30M€ contract, annual basis), governance model , CRM strategy and action plan across markets with Dunnhumby and negociate a cost reduction of 3M€ (annual base)
Develop and get final approval on a new 80 M€ consumer loyalty program for all French chains and formats

Brand management /private labels Casino : drive a +3-4% annual growth of a 2 billions € turnover brand through accelerated innovation (new range ) ,portfolio optimization and category management , development of the first unified brand platform and ATL campaign for the Casino mega brand ( all format/ private labels and consumer services)
Initiate a 360° budget and organizational audit of the 0,5 billion € Mktg spendings and structure in France
Build new transverse capabilities and mutualize ressources across the group in media buying , research ,CRM and digital Mktg
Innovation : create a product innovation team providing NPD 3 years pipeline and 300 new SKU annually (40 M€ in sales in Y 1), lead the group innovation team on new store concepts and services development (“ Drive” concept , consumer services and product solutions answering to population aging …..)
