Now DUFRY is contemplating focusing on organic growth and has entered a stage of intense integration of the purchased businesses 
The company is operating 2.200 shops in 65 countries (mostly Americas and Europe, with Middle-eat and Asia as the developing areas) with more than 30.000 employees with 15 retail brands, and a yearly turnover of 8 billions SF

Under the leadership of Julian Diaz, CEO, and of José Antonio Gea, COO, DUFRY has now embarked into the ambitious project of integrating its various operations, streamlining processes, organisations, management, etc. simplifying step by step the complexity of the current various business units of the group, transforming itself into an integrated operator. 

To lead this ambitious project in the Watch-Jewelry-Accessories (WJA) products group as Global Head WJA, the Head of the selective products group is now looking for a professional talent able to build growth thanks to superior organisational skills and personal charisma 

WJA has 3 sub categories : 
* watch is the main one and includes both luxury watches (Cartier, Omega, Bulgari, etc.) and Lifestyle watches (Swatch, etc.)
* sunglass is a fast growing category, lead by the Luxottica Group
* jewelry with brands like Swarovski, Pandora, etc.

Reporting directly to the ​Global Category Director Beauty, Fashion and Luxury, you are in charge of :

- ​develop WJA sales (currently CHF 550 millions/year) with objective to double within next 3 to 5 years through category management (sunglasses plan, expansion in fine watches, range management jewelry, specialty stores expansion, Asia and middle east external growth).
- reach high growth through integration, streamlining, structuring and organizing of all your activities 
- manage a team of around 20 people in the various product categories and regions
Fonctions :

 [vente au détail] acheteur, 
 [direction générale] DG origine marketing / ventes, 

Produits : 
 [accessoires] chaussures, sacs, bagages, bijoux fantaisies, joaillerie, lunettes, montres, 

Secteur d'activité : 
 [retail / distribution] travel retail, 


- you have minimum 15 years of marketing and sales experience, including about half in travel retail
- you have a deep understanding of the fashion and accessories markets and retail
- you are a seasoned business person, preferably with experience at brands over retail operators
- your product category experience has to include fashion and/or luxury, ideally at a watch brand. 

- you are a builder, entrepreneur, BD person who can thrive in a global complex environment currently getting structured
- you are a door opener and a doer who grounds your action in great natural leadership, assertiveness, persuasion, analytical and implementation capacities
- you are a people person who can build trust relationships and find common grounds and interest with others (internally also)
- you are tenacious, you bring change and make things move forward
- you are fluent in English and some other languages, French a plus, Switzerdeutsch is not necessary
