LE CONTEXTE DU POSTE
Our client is one of the fastest growing beauty brand and is distributed in Asia, Europe and Americas.
To cope with their expansion plan in APAC region, they are looking for high caliber candidate for the APAC CFO role.LA MISSION
Reporting operationally to the Head of APAC Managing Director (based in Hong Kong) and functionally to the Group CFO (based at HQ in France), you are acting as a true business partner with finance expertise to the HQ management and Asian operation teams to support the very fast development of retail and distribution operations in Asia while optimizing procedures and ensuring business compliance.
You ultimately manage and provide support to the functions accounting, finance, logistics, HR and IT (including ERP) by:
. Coordinating the budget, forecast and strategic plan with the different markets (subsidiaries and export partners) for multi channels (domestics and travel retail channels, e-commerce, etc.)
. Managing the reporting for APAC region and monthly closing for the Hong Kong based entities
. Providing both quantitative and qualitative business analysis to understand variations, impacts, etc. and help making recommendations to support the management, the sales teams, etc.
. Supporting and measuring the economical performance of the businesses (Sell In and final Sell Out)
. Taking part in new business plan definition to support specific business projects (subsidiaries & JV set up, distributors, etc.)
. Coordinating IT system evolution with HQ teams for reporting accuracy and efficiency and lead the ERP implementation according to the users' needs (finance, sales, inventory, purchasing, reporting, retail and possibly CRM)
. Managing directly the regional Finance, IT, HR and Logistics teams (based in Hong Kong) and oversee these functions in the local Asian subsidiaries (including when outsourced to third party vendors)

LES QUALITES REQUISES
• You have a minimum 8 years of working experience in related finance functions (finance and admin, business and financial analysis) including 3 years minimum at managerial level for a regional commercial subsidiary with retail and distribution activities.
• You have proven exposure in fast moving consumer goods (Mass or Premium segment ideally in beauty, fashion & accessories, branded consumer goods)
• You have worked for international companies where startup and intrapreneurship mindset, compact team, combination of strategic mindset and very hands on approach are part of the company core DNA.
• You have a successful experience in a financial business planning, analysis and controlling together with exposure to optimization of information flow, security of operations, process efficiency, etc. and you are proficient with accounting principles, cost accounting, database management tools, and information systems and able to meet reporting and other deadline
• You are comfortable interacting with all levels of management combined with a real business acumen and genuine interest in supporting them making strategic and business decisions
• You are energetic, flexible, autonomous, result driven and analytical combined with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• You are thriving in very fast changing and growing business and excited to build and optimize organizations.
• You are fluent in written and spoken English. French is a strong plus.
