We have celebrated our 20th anniversary in 2015, and have already come a long way!
Our cosmetics brand, with 70 references, is distributed in 41 countries (including 28 subsidiaries and 41 own boutiques) and is one of the fastest growing beauty brand (already # 1 on certain product categories in pharmacies and para-pharmacies in France)
We are a team of 850 young personalities, motivated and dynamic and always ready to challenge ourselves, to bounce back, surprise, move forward, grow and achieve concrete results and high growth rates.

Caudalie is 100% privately owned beauty brand with 500M US$ annual retail sales, including 75 M US$ in Americas where we operate in the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil in selected beauty retail chain stores, drugstores, own retail boutiques and e-commerce.
The two owners of the Caudalie Group have moved to New York, Usa in 2010 to develop the business themselves, and are since 3 years living in Hong Kong to develop Asia.
To consolidate and further develop our business in Americas, we are now looking for our CEO Americas
(position based at our Americas HQ in mid-town New York)
LA MISSION
Reporting directly to the CEO and main shareholder
- you are in charge of the Americas : Usa, Canada, Mexico, Brazil
- you align your teams with the strategy and vision of the brand
- you coordinate, motivate, align, manage your teams with 8 key managers reporting directly to you (sales, training, retail, communication, e-commerce, trade marketing, studio & VM, CFO)
- you create the conditions for a maximum engagement of each of your team members
- in the US market, you consolidate our wholesale business and you develop as a priority our own retail network and our e-commerce
- you optimize each P&L line with great care, each investment and expense in order to dévelop a profitable business in your territory

- you are grounded, assertive, sharp and hands on
- you build relationships based on trust but you know how as well to challenge for best outcome
